All data provided, such as name and email address, in the relationship established with Art by Sandy, are processed in accordance with the legally applicable precepts, and without prejudice to the collection of additional data necessary for the provision of the requested service, namely, data relating to bureaucracy, accounting, billing, and other inherent processes. Personal data will not be used or transferred for other purposes or to third parties. We further inform you that Art by Sandy is not responsible for the veracity of the information provided by the User/Customer. Only the latter will be
responsible, in any case, for the veracity, accuracy and authenticity of the personal data entered by him.


The data may be communicated to entities whose communication is mandatory for
compliance with the law, including judicial, tax and regulatory authorities.

The Personal Data collected is stored so that it can be identified only for the period considered appropriate and/or necessary to fulfill the purposes that motivated its collection, and in accordance with the applicable Laws.

All visual content, and written from the Art by Sandy website are owned by Art by Sandy and created by Sandra Mesquita, who reserves all intellectual property rights.


Any and all use, reproduction, copying or disclosure of visual, or written content is subject to prior approval by Art by Sandy.


In the use of text or images of third parties will always be given credit to the author through the clear identification of the name.


In the event of an infringement, the legal systems of copyright protection will be activated in accordance with the Copyright and Related Rights Code and other applicable legislation.
